Our items/ styles are Exchange Only. The following policy applies to all purchases.
Please contact us prior to sending anything back in order to receive authorization. Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be processed.
Items may be exchanged if:
-returned in original condition, without scents, perfumes or tobacco
-within 7 days of purchase
-accompanied by receipt
-restocking fee may apply in some cases
-Miguel bags are final sales due to the nature of the product
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
Body jewelry and Footwear may not be exchanged or returned.
